What is your refund policy?

Before becoming a paid Fluencia member, you have 15 free trial lessons to make sure that our program works for you. 

We do offer a 30-day guarantee, so if you try out a paid subscription but ultimately decide that Fluencia is not a good fit for your needs, all you have to do is send us an email saying so within 30 days of the original date of purchase. We will subsequently close your account and send you a full refund.
