How to update credit card information

First, sign into Fluencia and open the Fluencia menu. Depending on your screen layout, you will see either your name or three horizontal lines in the top right corner of the screen. Click on the one that you see to open the menu. In the menu that drops down, select "My Profile".

Once you are in your profile, you will see a menu on the left that looks like this:

Click on "Billing" in that menu. On the next page, you will see an area for typing in credit card information. Fill in your new card information and then click the purple "Save" button at the bottom of the screen. Your new card will then be billed for the renewal.
